Labour Majority of 174.

The 2024 UK General Election was won by the Labour Party, with an overall majority of between 172 and 174 depending on how it is calculated (whether allowing for the Speaker or not, as the Speaker only votes in the event of a tie, but then votes with the Governing Party on votes of confidence).

The General Election percentages were were Lab 33.70%, Con 23.71%, Reform UK 14.29%, Lib Dem 12.22%, SNP 2.52%, Green 2.77%. For Scotland the actual percentages were Lab 35.29%, SNP 30.02%, Con 12.73%, Lib Dem 9.70%, Reform UK 6.96%, Green 3.84%, for Wales the percentages were Lab 36.97% Con 18.19%, Reform UK 16.91%, Plaid Cymru 14.77%, Lib Dem 6.51%, Green 4.67%, and for London the final percentages were Lab 42.98%, Con 20.55%, Lib Dem 11.02%, Green 10.04%, Reform UK 8.68%
